End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: 2 July 2026

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", the "Licensee") and Jeniffer Keller, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia (trading as "Natrix Visuals"), of Nakashidze Street, N1, Building N3, Apartment N3, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Natrix Ethos", "we", "us", the "Licensor") for the Natrix Ethos course and all associated materials — videos, written lessons, walkthroughs, templates, configurations, strategy files, graphics, and community resources (together, the "Licensed Materials").

By purchasing or accessing the Licensed Materials you accept this EULA. It works alongside our Terms of Service; if there is a conflict on licensing matters, this EULA governs. Access is provided through the Whop platform and is subject to Whop's terms as well.

1. Licence granted

1.1 Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of the fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and view the Licensed Materials for your own individual, non-commercial learning.

1.2 "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the Course, as described in the Terms. It is not a transfer of ownership.

You may not:

3.1 Share, lend, resell, rent, sublicense, transfer or otherwise make the Licensed Materials or your account access available to any other person.

3.2 Copy, download (beyond any streaming/caching we expressly allow), record, screen-capture, reproduce or redistribute the Licensed Materials, in whole or in part.

3.3 Publish or post the Licensed Materials publicly, including on social media, file-sharing sites, other course platforms, or messaging groups.

3.4 Create derivative works from, or use the Licensed Materials to build, market or operate a competing course, community or product.

3.5 Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or ownership notice.

3.6 Circumvent, disable or interfere with any access control, watermark or security measure.

3.7 Use the Licensed Materials to provide financial advice or signals to others as if authorised, or in any unlawful manner.

4. Ownership

4.1 The Licensed Materials, and all intellectual-property rights in them, are and remain owned by us or our licensors. "Natrix Ethos" and "Natrix Visuals", together with associated logos, are our marks.

4.2 This EULA grants a licence to use, not any transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4.3 Third-party components referenced in the Course (charting platforms, execution tools, prop-firm materials, third-party strategies) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licences, which you are responsible for observing.

5. Third-party strategies and tools

5.1 The trading strategies provided with the Course are not authored by us. They originate from third parties or the trading community; we select, test and fine-tune them (settings and configuration) and share the results. Our contribution is the testing, configuration and instruction — authorship of the underlying strategies remains with their respective creators.

5.2 The Course may also reference other strategies, bots or settings that originate from third parties or the community. We do not warrant that you have the right to use any third-party item beyond your own personal use, that it will perform in any way, or that it is free of defects. Access to third-party strategies (for example invite-only scripts) may depend on their authors and can change or be withdrawn by them. Use is at your own risk and subject to the risk warnings in the Terms.

6. No warranty

The Licensed Materials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, or any financial result. See the disclaimers and risk warnings in the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability under or in connection with this EULA is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, including the cap at the amount you paid for the Course, and the carve-outs for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

8.1 This licence terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA.

8.2 We may also terminate or suspend the licence where permitted under the Terms.

8.3 On termination you must stop accessing and using the Licensed Materials and delete any copies within your control. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. General

9.1 Governing law and jurisdiction — as set out in the Terms of Service (Georgia; courts of Tbilisi, Georgia), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

9.2 Severance — if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

9.3 Entire agreement — this EULA, the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy together form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Course.
