Return & Refund Policy
Effective date: 2 July 2026
This Return & Refund Policy applies to the Natrix Ethos course (the "Course"), sold by Jeniffer Keller ("Natrix Ethos", "we", "us") through the Whop platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
The Course is digital content, delivered online and made available for immediate access on purchase.
1. Summary
- The Course is a one-time €79 purchase for lifetime access to digital content.
- Because it is digital content delivered immediately, your statutory right to withdraw may be waived at checkout (see Section 2).
- Outside of that, we offer the discretionary refund terms in Section 3.
- Refunds, where granted, are processed through Whop to your original payment method.
2. EU/UK right of withdrawal and its waiver
2.1 If you are a consumer in the EU (or a comparable jurisdiction such as the UK), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
2.2 For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right can be lost once supply has begun, if before purchase you: (a) give your express consent to immediate access, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
2.3 At checkout you will be asked to confirm exactly that. By requesting immediate access to the Course and confirming that acknowledgement, you agree that supply begins at once and you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, the ordinary 14-day right applies until access is provided.
3. Our discretionary refund terms
Where the statutory right does not apply (for example because it was validly waived under Section 2), we still want the exchange to be fair:
3.1 Duplicate or accidental charges, or failure to deliver access — if you were charged more than once, charged in error, or did not receive access to what you paid for, contact us and we will investigate and refund verified errors in full.
3.2 Technical issues — if a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the Course and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
3.3 Change of mind — because the Course is digital content that is fully accessible immediately, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind once access has begun and the withdrawal right has been waived.
4. What is not refundable
- Third-party costs are never refundable by us, including prop-firm evaluation or account fees, charting/execution/tool subscriptions, or any broker or platform fees. These are paid to third parties, not to us.
- Refunds are not given on the basis of trading losses, lack of profit, failure to pass a prop-firm evaluation, or dissatisfaction with your results. As set out in our Terms, we do not guarantee any financial outcome, and results depend on factors outside our control.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
We monitor for abuse of this policy, including requesting a refund after downloading, recording or redistributing Course materials. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access. We reserve the right to decline refunds where this policy has been abused, to the extent permitted by law.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@natrix-ethos.com with your Whop order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Whop; processing times depend on Whop and your payment provider. Where Whop is the merchant of record, refunds are subject to Whop's refund handling.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of Georgia or your country of residence, including remedies where digital content is faulty or not as described.
