Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jeniffer Keller, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia (trading as "Natrix Visuals"), of Nakashidze Street, N1, Building N3, Apartment N3, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Natrix Ethos", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, purchase the Natrix Ethos course, or join our community. Natrix Ethos is a Natrix Visuals project.
We act as the data controller for the personal data described here. Because Natrix Ethos is established in Georgia, this policy is written to meet the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Because we also offer the Course to customers in the European Union and price it in euros, it is additionally written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to that processing. Where you buy through Whop or interact with Discord, those platforms are independent controllers of the data they collect, under their own privacy policies.
1. The data we collect
You give us:
- Account & purchase data — name, email, and order details when you buy the Course (collected and processed through Whop).
- Community data — your Discord username/ID and anything you post if you join the community.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or support channels.
Collected automatically when you visit the website:
- Technical & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data, via cookies or similar technologies (see Section 6). The website loads assets from third parties (for example a connection to whop.com and self-hosted fonts); those requests can expose your IP address to the relevant provider.
We do not intentionally collect trading account credentials, prop-firm logins, or financial-account numbers. Please do not send these to us.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The Course is not intended for minors.
2. Why we use it, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Provide access to the Course and community; deliver what you paid for | Performance of a contract |
| Customer support and responding to your messages | Performance of a contract / legitimate interests |
| Send service messages (access, updates, changes to terms) | Performance of a contract / legitimate interests |
| Send marketing emails about our products (where you opted in) | Consent (withdrawable at any time) |
| Website analytics and improving the Course | Consent (for non-essential cookies) / legitimate interests |
| Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms | Legitimate interests |
| Comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations | Legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those against your rights. You can object at any time (see Section 7).
3. Marketing
If you opt in, we may email you about new content, updates or offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@natrix-ethos.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect service messages necessary to deliver the Course.
4. Who we share data with (processors & platforms)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Course, each under their own terms:
- Whop — checkout, payments, account access and licensing (payment card details are handled by Whop and its payment processors; we do not receive or store full card numbers).
- Discord — community hosting, if you choose to join.
- GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) — website hosting. A request to the site exposes your IP address to GitHub.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — our business email; used when you correspond with us at hello@natrix-ethos.com.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
GitHub and Google are located in the United States; see Section 5 on international transfers. We do not currently use any third-party website analytics or advertising service.
5. International transfers
Some providers (including Whop and Discord) may process data outside the EEA/Georgia, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by an appropriate safeguard such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Contact us for details.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages and currently uses only what is technically necessary to serve the pages (including fonts served with the site). We do not currently set any analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
If in future we add analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will present a consent mechanism before those cookies load and update this policy to list them.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you have the right to: access a copy of your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
To exercise any right, email hello@natrix-ethos.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally one month). Note that some data linked to your purchase is held by Whop and Discord, whom you may also need to contact directly.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In Georgia, that is the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge). If you are in the EU, you may instead complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Account and access data — for as long as you have access to the Course, then as needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
- Purchase and tax records — for the retention period required by law (commonly up to 10 years for accounting records in the EU).
- Marketing data — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified through the website, Whop or the community.
