Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Natrix Ethos online course, the associated community (including any Discord server), and related materials (together, the "Course"), operated by Jeniffer Keller, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia (trading as "Natrix Visuals"), of Nakashidze Street, N1, Building N3, Apartment N3, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Natrix Ethos", "we", "us"). Natrix Ethos is a Natrix Visuals project.

By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to these Terms, the End User Licence Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.

The Course is sold and delivered through the Whop platform ("Whop"). Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms and payment processing. Where Whop acts as merchant of record, payment and certain refund functions are handled by Whop.

1. Nothing here is financial advice

This is the most important section. Read it in full.

1.1 The Course is educational content only. It explains how automated ("algorithmic") trading systems, funded/prop-firm accounts, and execution tools work, based on the personal experience of its creator.

1.2 Natrix Ethos is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, fund manager, signal provider or prop firm, and is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator. Nothing in the Course constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

1.3 You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions. Before acting, you should seek advice from a professional licensed in your jurisdiction and consider your own circumstances.

2. Risk warning — you can lose money

2.1 Trading involves substantial risk, including the total loss of any capital you commit, and is not suitable for everyone. Automated systems do not remove this risk; they can and do produce losing trades, losing days, drawdowns, and blown accounts.

2.2 Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any figures, charts, dashboards, calendars, screenshots or example results shown in the Course or on our marketing pages are illustrative examples only, are clearly labelled as such, and are not a promise, projection, guarantee or track record of any outcome you will achieve.

2.3 We make no guarantee of profit, income, funding, or any specific result. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including the markets, the prop firm you choose, the tools you use, and your own actions.

3. Funded / prop-firm accounts and third-party tools

3.1 The Course discusses obtaining a "funded" account from a third-party proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") and using third-party charting, execution and copy-trading tools (for example, but not limited to, charting platforms and webhook/execution services).

3.2 We do not operate, control, endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any prop firm or third-party tool. We are not affiliated with them unless expressly stated. Their evaluations, fees, rules, payout terms, and account protections are set entirely by them and may change at any time.

3.3 You are responsible for reading and complying with the terms of any prop firm or tool you use, and for any fees you pay to them. Those fees are separate from, and not included in, the Course price.

4. Eligibility

4.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a contract.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing the Course and engaging in the activities it describes is lawful in your country. Some jurisdictions restrict prop-firm trading, automated trading, or certain instruments. We do not represent that the Course is appropriate or available in every location.

5. Licence, access and price

5.1 On purchase you receive the licence described in the EULA: a personal, non-transferable right to access the Course for your own learning.

5.2 The Course is offered as a one-time payment of €79 for lifetime access. "Lifetime" means for as long as we continue to operate the Course; it does not mean your personal lifetime, and it does not guarantee the Course, its content, or the community will remain available indefinitely. Prices, contents, modules and community features may change over time.

5.3 Prices are in euros and, where applicable, exclusive or inclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Whop, acting as merchant of record, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax; Jeniffer Keller is not separately VAT-registered.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because the Course is digital content delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may be waived — see that policy.

7. Community rules

7.1 Access to any community (e.g. Discord) is a privilege, not a right. You agree not to: post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or spam content; give financial advice to other members while presenting yourself as authorised; share, resell or leak Course materials; solicit members for unrelated schemes; or impersonate us or others.

7.2 Anything shared by other members is their own opinion, not ours, and is not advice. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or remove members at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All Course content — videos, text, walkthroughs, strategies, graphics, the Natrix Ethos and Natrix Visuals names and logos — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Your rights are limited to those granted in the EULA.

8.2 You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or create derivative works from the Course, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your login or access with others; attempt to circumvent access controls or payment; scrape or bulk-download the Course; use the Course to build a competing product; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 The Course is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, up to date, or that any result will be achieved.

10.2 Markets, platforms, prop-firm rules and tools change. Content that was accurate when produced may become outdated. We are under no obligation to keep every part of the Course current.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funding, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Course, the markets, any prop firm, or any third-party tool.

11.3 Subject to clause 11.1, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Course is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Course (€79).

11.4 Nothing in this clause affects the mandatory statutory rights of a consumer under the law of Georgia, which apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Course, or your trading activity.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the EULA, or if required by law or by Whop. On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the Course. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 1, 2, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15) survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified through Whop, the community, or the website. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of them.

15. Governing law and disputes

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

15.2 The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction, save that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence where the law so provides.
